About Me


After completing my degree, I spent ten years in the charitable sector in the mental health field, leading to four years as Director of Housing Trust. I became so stressed and run down in my management role that I went off sick and didn't work for another nine years.

I had been trained in traditional stress management techniques. I spent thousands of pounds trying to find a way to get my health back. However nothing really got me back to full health.

In 2005 I discovered an approach that helped me rapidly turn my life around. I learned a set of tools that showed me how to get my life back and deal with the challenges of a busy life more effectively. Within a few months I started the training that led to setting up resilience.
