We offer an introductory session on resilience and performance that covers:
- Redefining ‘stress’ – you cannot always change your environment, but you often have much more choice about how you respond than you imagine
- Understanding resilience and performance threats – recognising the factors that have a major physical cost
- Resilience solutions and benefits – how to have more energy, clear mental creativity, a robust immune system and nourishing sleep
If the first session of the Resilience Core Training doesn't help, you don't pay.
