Most people experience anxiety at times, but for some people, it can become too dominant in their lives.

I know because I experienced anxiety for years.

What I and many clients have discovered is that it is possible to experience calm, inner peace and confidence.

It doesn't have to take endless hours of practicing techniques, but actually from having an understanding of how we are generating anxiety and how we can generate calm.

When understand this, we can experience powerful change.

    • In these live sessions, you can ask questions, get coaching or just listen in.
    • You can join the live zoom sessions.
    • They are recorded so you can listen to the recording if you miss a session.

    • Each week, you will get access to videos to help you step by step, create more calm and confidence.
    • I will share what helped me and my clients transform their lives, so you can short cut the process of finding peace and calm.

in this 6 week course you will learn

  • the roots of anxiety

    You will learn what is driving the anxiety, how you can breaks these patterns and how to cultivate calm, inner peace and confidence.

  • how to shift patterns

    You will learn how to identify your sticking points and how to address them, some of which you are probably unaware of.

  • simple strategies

    You will gain insights and learn simple strategies, that are easy to understand, so you know how to create the changes you want.

Sue hadn’t left the house for 18 months, as she experienced agoraphobia, as well as anxiety.

After one session, she went to a restaurant with her parents. After the second session, she got on the underground in the rush hour and went to the theatre.

She later sent me a photo of her abseiling. She said: ”There is no way I would have done this before the training, I was terrified of heights!”

A few years later she sent me a few pictures of her in Australia - not bad for someone who didn't leave the house for 18 months!

when does it start?

The first module of the training will be released on Monday 24th January.
You will be able to watch the videos and bring any questions to the weekly live sessions.

The first live session will be on Wednesday 26th January AT 5PM GMT.
